Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any of our servers or networks.

5. No Medical Advice; Health Disclaimer

The content provided in the My Ki App, including all meditation exercises, videos, and associated materials, is for general informational and entertainment purposes only. IT IS NOT INTENDED TO BE AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. My Ki does not claim to provide any medical benefits, cures, or treatments for any health conditions.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional (such as your physician or therapist) before making any decisions about your health, starting any new meditation practice, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding a medical condition. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or experienced through the App.

Your use of the App is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any adverse effects that may result from your use of the App or the meditation exercises contained within it.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Indemnification

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.
